Vaping has officially been regulated here in Aotearoa with the laws coming into effect on the 11th of November (this month).

These laws and regulations provide a balance between ensuring vaping products are available for smokers who want to switch to a less harmful alternative and ensuring these products aren’t marketed or sold to young people.

We are now a transitional specialist vape retailer
To be a specialist vape retailer a store must exceed a 70% sales threshold of vaping products and have a physical retail outlet. We are happy to announce that we have been given the green light to be a transitional specialist vape retailer so no major changes for you in regard to this law.

What next?
There will be a number of updates on these regulations over the coming year. We will endeavor to ensure our store is complying with all changes, health regulations and safety requirements for the benefit of you, our customer.

Advertising for vaping has been banned, this also means we won't be able to advertise any deals or specials over Facebook so make sure you keep an eye out for our emails instead :-)
